First we will start from the home page as shown here:
Next you will need to click the "Check out" button in the upper right corner this will take you to the check out screen shown below. Here you can either Create a new account (click here for a tutorial on that process), Or you can place a order without establishing a account, or you can simply log in with your previously established account information.
For this pictorial we will assume you have established a new account or have a
previously established account.
After entering your account info (or setting up a new account) You should be presented with a billing page similar to this one:
Once you have verified that your info is correct you can click the "Continue" button
That takes you to the payment page, on this page you will enter your check or money order code (in red) click the "continue" button (in green).
This will bring you to the invoice page, this page MUST be printed out and mailed in with your funds so that the order can be processed and tracked in the system. The site will also generate a condensed version of the invoice page and email it to the address you provided in your account information screen.
