The following walkthroughs are designed for customers having issue with navigating the site

Signing up for a HBA Account

First we will start from the home page as shown here:

Clicking on either the "Login" or "Account" buttons will lead you to the next page:

On the second page you will need to click on "Create New Account", leading you to the next page:

You will need to enter information into ALL of the bold text fields (on both side of the page), once you have all the data entered click the save button, after a few seconds the screen should flicker and you can click the "home page" button in the upper left corner and you should be greeted with the home page stating "Welcome back, (your name).
